Morgan consulting engineering provided structural and civil engineering support for this building consisting of 420m2 of office space and 2,800m2 of warehouse and fitting sheds containing specialist equipment including an automatic and manual car wash bay, extensive fit out of compressed air for its operation, car jacks and an onsite fuel storage facility. The granular pavement car storage area can cater for up to 2000 vehicles.
